Upon receiving your new application for the proposed development, the assessment for Building Certification will be completed within 4 working days (subject to complete submission) you will recieve the Certificate of Design Compliance (CDC BA3)
On your behalf I will then lodge the Building Permit Application (BA1) to the Local Government (Permit Authority) as part of my service

I am able to coordinate the engineers, draftsperson and any other consultants if needed that are required to provide the necessary documentation to complete the Certificate of Building Compliance (CBC BA18)

Commercial Completion Assessment
On completion of class 2-9 Builings the final inspection is carried out and if the bulding is compliant to the Building Codes and the approved plans the Certificate of Construction Compliance (CCC) will be issued.
This will enable submission for the Occupancy Permit prior to building occupancy
